By accessing and using UrbanBiome Environmental Explorer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

UrbanBiome Environmental Explorer provides environmental analysis capabilities including:

• Interactive temperature, vegetation, and water analysis
• 5-year historical environmental trend visualization
• Point-and-click environmental health assessment
• Custom area selection and comparative analysis
• Professional data export for planning and compliance

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis at £200 per month. Payment is processed securely through Paddle.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5. Data and Privacy

You may not modify, adapt, hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanBiome Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any data stored in your account may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
