We stand behind the quality of UrbanBiome Environmental Explorer and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your initial payment.
This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and covers the first month's subscription fee.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription
- This is your first subscription to UrbanBiome Environmental Explorer
- You have not previously received a refund from us
- Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription renewals (after the initial 30-day period)
- Partial months of service
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
- Services already consumed or downloaded data exports

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- Access to the service will be terminated
- Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund:

- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
Cancelled subscriptions do not automatically qualify for refunds unless within the 30-day guarantee period.
Service Credits

- Extended service outages affecting your ability to use the platform
- Significant service changes that materially affect functionality
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing normal service use
