Like a medical scan for the Earth - revealing hidden patterns in urban ecosystem health through satellite data analysis

Our Mission

We bring nature back into the city through urban acupuncture — small, precise interventions that heal urban spaces. By combining data, design, and community power, we transform overlooked areas into living ecosystems. Using open GIS data and satellite imagery, we identify where nature can have the greatest impact, then work with communities to create sustainable, low-cost green solutions that restore biodiversity and strengthen climate resilience.

Community Sightings Tool

Map and share urban nature findings with our community platform. Document nature-based solutions, problem areas, and spaces with untapped potential. Add sightings directly to the map with photos and descriptions, see what others have discovered, and build collective understanding of urban ecosystems.

Explorer Tool

Analyze urban environments with powerful satellite data visualization. Process live Sentinel-2 imagery to reveal vegetation patterns using NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index). Track changes in vegetation over time and identify areas lacking green space for targeted greening interventions.
